Commissioned work. Second Bite Project for Tough Dough. Installed Dec 1st 2013.

 

Paper cuts installed in the windows of the Italian Kitchen Restaurant in Hayle, Cornwall.

 

As this work was installed during the festive period I aimed to design and produce an artwork which could sit alongside the clients Xmas decorations.

My assumption was that they would wish to remove the  paper cuts on the 12th night (Jan 5th) along with the Xmas tree and lights,  but its seems that it  remained in situ by popular demand until Feb. '14.

 

Tough Dough’s ambition is to stimulate the local economy by increasing awareness and enthusiasm for Cornish food and produce through creative activities.
